Global Schools
A whole school approach toThe Global Dimension in your School.
WEDG can help your school improve its delivery of The Global Dimension. We are supporting a limited number of schools that would like to embedd global issues in their school curriculum and ethos. This is a long term committment (approx 3 years), in order to instill change that is sustainable. The schools we support will become flagship schools in their area for a whole school approach to The Global Dimension. Whole school CPD, and working with subject coordinators form the framework for this approach. Schools must be members of WEDG and are charged £100 p.a. in order to take part. Global Schools is part of the Enabling Effective Support (EES) initiative from the Department for International Development. Please call WEDG to discuss how this can work for you. Tel 01227 766552
